Enable the skill

Before you can start using the Net10 Wireless Alexa skill, you have to enable it. Navigate to the Alexa app or go to Amazon.com, and search “Net10.” Or you can say, “Enable Net10 skill.” Then, simply permit the skill and enter your Net10 Wireless phone number. Now you’re ready to go.

Use the skill

With the Net10 Alexa skill, you can stay up to date on how much data you’ve used, add airtime before you run out, and more. Just ask Alexa questions like these:

  • “Alexa, ask Net TEN to Add Airtime.”
  • “Alexa, ask Net TEN What is my Refill Date?”
  • “Alexa, ask Net TEN to Check Data Usage.”
  • “Alexa, ask Net TEN to update my APN settings.”

Pair your smartphone

Pair your smartphone to Alexa to open more doors in the virtual world.

Going beyond Alexa skills, you can pair your smartphone to an Amazon Echo to open more doors in the virtual world. You can stream music, podcasts, and other audio from your Net10 Wireless smartphone.

To pair your device, bring it within range of Echo and put it in Bluetooth pairing mode. Then, say, “Pair,” and Alexa will let you know that Echo is ready. Next, open up the Bluetooth settings on your Net10 Wireless smartphone, and select your Echo. Alexa will tell you if the connection is successful. If so, you’ll be ready to use your Echo as a Bluetooth speaker to stream audio from your favorite apps.
